We are currently looking for a College Director/Principal to join our new dynamic team at our vibrant campus in Munich, Germany. Hours of Work: full time
As a College Director/Principal, you will oversee all aspects of college management, including developing and executing strategic plans, ensuring excellent academic quality, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing financial performance, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will be the driving force behind student success, partnership satisfaction, and the college's ongoing growth and reputation. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including the university partner and Navitas networks, you will deliver operational excellence and shape the future of the college.
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification or higher
* Significant leadership experience in higher education or a related environment
* Proven ability to deliver challenging performance targets through robust quality management
* Excellent commercial acumen with experience in financial management and growth strategies
* Fluency in both English and German, with exceptional influencing and negotiating skills
