College Receptionist

Receptionist – Higher Education Location: Canary Wharf, London Full-Time | On-going We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join a brand-new Higher Education campus based in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing institution with ongoing developments and a strong student-focused culture. As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent front-of-house service while providing essential administrative support. Key Responsibilities: * Managing front desk and reception duties * Handling emails and general enquiries * Monitoring and logging student attendance * Supporting enrolment and registration processes * Maintaining accurate records in line with GDPR * Coordinating room bookings and general administration * Liaising with academic and student services teams Requirements: * Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role * Strong administrative skills with attention to detail * Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Professional, approachable, and reliable manner * Enhanced DBS Certificate Desirable: Experience within Higher Education or using student information systems.
