Commercial Gas Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established facilities and maintenance operation covering a portfolio of sites across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

This is a permanent, field-based opportunity offering a varied workload across multiple properties. You'll be responsible for ensuring commercial heating and gas systems remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial gas and heating systems

* Diagnosing faults and completing repairs

* Planned preventative and reactive maintenance

* Working on commercial boilers and associated plant equipment

* Combustion analysis and relevant safety testing

* Minor mechanical and plumbing works

* Supporting equipment upgrades, installations and commissioning

* Completing required inspections and compliance documentation

* Ensuring all work meets relevant health, safety and industry regulations

Requirements

* Relevant commercial gas qualifications

* Experience maintaining and repairing commercial heating and gas systems

* A good understanding of industry health and safety requirements

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Additional mechanical or plumbing qualifications and experience within large multi-site estates would be advantageous.
