Up to £45,000

Plumber / Gas Engineer required for a mobile role covering sites around Hinckley, working across a mixed portfolio of 70% commercial and 30% domestic properties. This is a varied position involving gas, heating, plumbing, maintenance, installation, and remedial works.

The Role – Plumber / Gas Engineer

* Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial and domestic gas systems

* Fault-finding, servicing, and repairs on boilers and heating equipment

* Carrying out installation and upgrade works

* Completing remedial works following inspections

* General plumbing works including repairs, replacements, and maintenance

* Small mechanical works where required

* Working across commercial sites including offices, retail, and public sector buildings, alongside domestic residential properties

* Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and safety standards

What’s on Offer – Plumber / Gas Engineer

* Up to £45,000 basic salary

* 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

* Overtime paid at 1.5x

* Company van (personal use) with full personal use

Requirements – Plumber / Gas Engineer

* Valid Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or equivalent)

* Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1 / relevant domestic tickets)

* Experience in both commercial and domestic maintenance / installation

* Strong plumbing experience

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Full UK driving licence
