Commercial Gas Engineer Location: London (Within M25 – Mainly Central & West London) Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 Basic Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Call Out: 1 in 4 We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established building services provider, working across a portfolio of commercial contracts throughout London. The majority of sites are based in Central and West London, with occasional travel across the M25. The Role: * Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial plant. * Working within commercial office environments, heritage/educational buildings, MOD sites and specialist facilities. * Fault finding, servicing and repairing commercial gas appliances and associated mechanical plant. * Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with compliance standards. This is a stable commercial portfolio with minimal call-outs and long-term security. Call-Out Details: * 1 in 4 rota * £100 standby payment * Door-to-door travel paid at overtime rate when called out * Low volume of call-outs Package: * £55,000–£60,000 basic salary (depending on experience) * Company van (automatic) * Fuel card * PPE and tools provided * Overtime available * Monday–Friday schedule offering strong work-life balance Requirements: * Valid Commercial Gas qualifications. * Experience within commercial plant rooms and office environments. * Strong fault-finding and servicing experience. * Full UK driving licence. * Ability to pass DBS clearance (required for MOD site access).
