Apply NowWe're currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing contractor to recruit an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to support key social housing and care home contracts across East Anglia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for long-term stability, consistent work, and a package that genuinely reflects the demands of a mobile role - including door-to-door travel pay.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering servicing, maintenance, and reactive repairs across a portfolio of sites, ensuring systems are safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Key Duties
Service and maintain commercial gas systems and associated plant
Diagnose and repair faults efficiently
Work across occupied social housing and care home environments
Complete compliance checks and ensure adherence to gas regulations
Accurately complete job sheets and reports
What We're Looking For
Valid Commercial Gas Tickets (e.g. CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, etc.)
Strong experience in commercial heating maintenance
Experience in social housing or care homes is advantageous
Full UK driving licence
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
The Package
Competitive basic salary (DOE)
