Commercial Gas Engineer

Overview We are seeking a reliable and competent Commerical Gas Engineer to join a growing and well-established business. This role is primarily focused on Commercial heating and plumbing work, delivering high-quality service, maintenance, fault-finding, and installation works. While commercial experience is essential — strong commercial expertise is the priority. Key Responsibilities * Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing domestic heating systems * Installation and replacement of boilers and associated pipework * Fault-finding and reactive maintenance * General domestic and commercial plumbing repairs and installations * Working on radiators, valves, cylinders, and heating controls * Ensuring all works comply with current Gas Safe and safety regulations * Completing job sheets and documentation accurately * Providing professional and courteous customer service Essential Requirements * Proven experience in Commercial heating and plumbing * Relevant industry qualifications / Gas Safe registration (if applicable) * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability * Full UK driving licence * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively * Good communication and customer-facing skills * Strong understanding of safety and compliance standards * Commercial heating / plant room experience * Experience working in commercial premises or larger systems * Additional certifications (unvented, LPG, etc.) What’s on Offer * Stable, long-term employment * Supportive working environment * Varied and interesting workload * Competitive salary / package * Van, fuel card, pension, overtime, etc
