The Opportunity
You will join a highly regarded Commercial Litigation team known for delivering results-driven, commercially focused, and pragmatic advice. The team prides itself on building long-standing client relationships through a deep understanding of each client's business, sector, and strategic objectives.
With an exceptional breadth of work, you will have access to high-quality, complex matters across multiple sectors, while also being empowered to drive your own practice forward, both regionally and nationally.
This role offers genuine influence: from shaping strategy and mentoring junior lawyers, to enhancing the firm's profile in the Midlands market and beyond.
Key Areas of Expertise
The team handles a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, including:
Complex commercial and corporate disputes (shareholders, partnerships, and trusts)
International arbitration and cross-border litigation
Financial services and insurance disputes
Energy, infrastructure, and major projects litigation
Professional negligence and contentious insolvency
Public sector, healthcare, and regulatory disputes
Defamation, data protection, and reputational risk matters
