Commercial Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Location: London Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual delivery of Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial projects. You will manage cost control, procurement, valuations, variations and client reporting across fast-paced office fit-out schemes, working closely with Tier 1 main contractors. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within a fit-out contractor Strong background across Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects Experience delivering D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishments Must have worked directly with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds) Strong commercial acumen, contract knowledge and stakeholder management skills Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable) Get in touch with Libby on (phone number removed) or apply to the job advert
