Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Facilities Management Bridgend (CF31) £23.15ph PAYE / £28-£30ph PAYE Umbrella 37.5 hours per week | Flexible hours (8–4 or 9–5) 3-month contract – potential opportunity for a permanent role We are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to support a Facilities Management contract in Bridgend. This role would suit an experienced Commercial Manager or a Quantity Surveyor looking to step up. Key Responsibilities * Managing commercial aspects of an FM contract including PPM and reactive maintenance * Contract administration, particularly NEC contracts * Procuring subcontractors and suppliers and managing them through the contract lifecycle * Supporting commercial reporting and financial performance Essential Experience * Experience working on Facilities Management contracts * Strong Excel skills * Experience with NEC contract administration * Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers Desirable * Experience with CAFM systems * NEC3 / NEC4 knowledge * Public sector or government contract experience * Final accounts and contract close-out experience This is a great opportunity within a well-established Facilities Management contract, with potential longer-term opportunities.
