Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter

Salary: £50,000 per annum + Overtime

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter to join a growing M&E team covering London and the Home Counties.

This is a hands-on role working across commercial properties, with a strong focus on plantrooms, plumbing systems and mechanical installations.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Replacement of commercial boilers

*

Plantroom upgrades and modifications

*

Hot and cold water service upgrades

*

Replacing water heaters

*

Pipework installation and alterations

*

Diagnosing and fixing leaks

*

General commercial plumbing and pipefitting

*

Planned maintenance and project-based installations

*

Working safely and efficiently across commercial sites

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter

*

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing

*

G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification – essential

*

Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing and pipework systems

*

Experience working within plantrooms

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Relevant commercial plumbing experience
