What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage a varied portfolio of industrial, office, retail and mixed‑use assets
* Carry out regular site inspections and build strong tenant relationships
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, solicitors and accountants
* Communicate clearly and professionally
* Bring structure, organisation and a steady hand to a busy, personable environment
Who You Are
* An experienced Commercial Property Manager (MRICS not essential - capability and attitude matter most)
* Professional, organised and proactive in your approach
* Confident managing a hands‑on portfolio
* Someone who enjoys building relationships and taking responsibility

* £45,000 - £60,000 salary, depending on experience
