This Commercial Workshop Manager role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure repair quality standards are met consistently.

Oversee workshop workflow to ensure efficient operations and timely repairs
Monitor and maintain high standards of repair quality and safety compliance
Lead, coach, and develop a team of skilled Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Manage health and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and company policies
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Maintain detailed records of repairs, training, and performance metricsRequirements of this Commercial Workshop Manager role:
Extensive experience in commercial vehicle repair and maintenance management
Knowledge of workshop processes is highly desirable
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification, ATA accreditation, or IRTEC license preferred
Proven leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and lead a team to achieve objectives
