We’re supporting a sustainability-driven data centre operator expanding across Finland. As a Commissioning Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing complex electrical and mechanical systems to life, ensuring every component performs exactly as designed before going live.
This is your opportunity to work at the sharp end of data centre commissioning, validating critical infrastructure that supports 24/7 digital operations.

What You’ll Accomplish
Lead and support commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems
Test and validate UPS, generators, switchgear, cooling systems and BMS controls
Develop and execute commissioning plans, scripts and procedures
Identify and resolve technical issues before operational handover
Coordinate contractors, vendors and engineering teams during commissioning phases
Ensure compliance with industry standards and mission-critical best practice
Support integrated systems testing (IST) and operational readiness
Key Skills & Experience
Experience as a Commissioning Engineer, Data Centre Commissioning Engineer or MEP Commissioning Engineer
Strong knowledge of critical power and cooling infrastructure
Background in mission-critical or complex infrastructure projects
Understanding of commissioning methodologies and performance validation
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
Engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical preferred)
