Community Care Worker Location: Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch Salary: £12.71 per hour + mileage (review after probation) Hours: Full-time  Care First is partnering with a reputable home care provider and is looking to recruit caring and reliable Community Care Workers to support clients across Bournemouth and  Poole area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals to remain independent in their own homes. Role Responsibilities Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks Assist with medication prompts Support with meal preparation and light household duties Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain accurate care records Travel between clients’ homes within the local area What We Offer Starting rate of £12.21 per hour Paid mileage Pay review after successful completion of probation Full-time and part-time hours available Ongoing training and support Opportunity to develop within a growing care service Requirements Some previous care experience is desirable Compassionate, reliable and professional approach Good communication skills Own transport Full UK driving licence Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends If you are passionate about supporting people in your community and want to join a supportive and professional team, we would love to hear from you.
