Composite Trimmer – Northamptonshire – Salary DOE + 20% Shift Allowance + Benefits – REF 053 Salary DOE + 20% Twilight Shift Allowance + Benefits + Overtime Mon – Thurs Twilight Shift – 4:30pm – 3:00am An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading carbon fibre manufacturing organisation supplying some of the most prestigious names in the luxury automotive and Formula 1 sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-performance environment producing world-class composite components. Skills & Experience Needed: • Experience trimming, bonding, and assembling carbon fibre components • Ability to work from engineering drawings and build manuals (advantageous) • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong awareness of health and safety • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation within the high-end automotive and motorsport industry, with the opportunity for overtime during busy production periods and long-term career development.
