Composite Trimmer – Permanent Nights Location: Milton Keynes Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Shift: Monday – Thursday Hours: 18:00 – 06:00 (48 hours) The Role We are recruiting for an experienced Composite Trimmer to join a high-performance composites business on a permanent night shift. This role will focus on trimming, finishing and preparing composite components to the highest quality standards within a precision manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Trimming and finishing composite components using hand tools and air tools Working from engineering drawings and trim plans Ensuring parts meet strict dimensional and cosmetic standards Supporting quality inspections and rectifying minor defects Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working to tight production deadlines About You Proven experience as a Composite Trimmer Experience working with carbon fibre components Confident using routers, sanders and air tools Able to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail Experience in motorsport, automotive, aerospace or high-performance manufacturing desirable
