Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Full-time Position
Net Temps are recruiting experienced Concrete Casters for our well-established client based in Doncaster (DN5). This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer offering long-term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent role.
To be considered, you must have:
* Previous experience in precast concrete production
* Reliable transport due to rural location
* Ability to read/interpret drawings & measurements
* Excellent attention to detail with a high standard of workmanship
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team
(No CSCS card required – this is a factory-based role)
Key Responsibilities
* Read and work accurately from detailed engineering drawings
* Set up timber moulds
* Lay natural stone, brick slips, or prepare moulds for architectural concrete
* Install reinforcement cages, ensuring correct cover is maintained
* Pour and finish concrete using trowels, floats, and hand tools
* Strip moulds, clean down, and reset for continued production
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Work safely and confidently with overhead cranes
