We are currently recruiting multiple Concrete Operatives and established gangs for ongoing night work on a live highway project in the Banbury area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a major, well-established contractor on a large infrastructure scheme.
Key Details:
* Location: Banbury
* Shift: Night work
* Duration: Ongoing, long-term opportunity
* Pay Rate: Up to £25 per hour (depending on experience)
* Positions: Individual operatives and gangs welcome
Responsibilities:
* Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete on live carriageways
* Working with formwork and reinforcement
* Carrying out repairs and reinstatement works
* Operating tools and equipment safely in a live traffic environment
* Working efficiently as part of a gang or independently
* Following strict health & safety procedures, including traffic management protocols
Requirements:
* Proven experience in concrete works, ideally within highways
* Valid CSCS card (essential for all operatives)
* Highways passport / relevant tickets (preferred)
* Ability to work safely on live roads at night
* Gangs must be fully experienced and able to work cohesively
* Strong awareness of health & safety and site procedures
* Reliable and able to commit to ongoing night shifts
* Full PPE required
