Freelance Site Manager – Data Centre Fit Out Location: Hemel Hempstead Start: ASAP Contract: 70-week contract We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the fit-out stages of a large data centre project in Hemel Hempstead. Working directly for the Main Contractor, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, overseeing on-site activities, and ensuring the project progresses smoothly through the final delivery phase. Key Responsibilities: * Leading site activities with a strong, hands-on presence * Coordinating and managing multiple trade contractors * Driving productivity and maintaining programme milestones * Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times * Supporting the project team through to successful completion Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on complex fit-out projects * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage fast-paced site environments * Data centre experience is not essential, but would be advantageous Interviews available immediately, with an ASAP start for the right candidate
