Site Manager – Clinic Fit-Out Location: Maidstone, Kent Start Date: 30 March Duration: 12 Weeks Project Value: £700k Project Size: Approx. 14,000 sq ft An experienced Site Manager is required for a clinic fit-out centre project in Maidstone. The project is due to start on 30th March and will run for approximately 12 weeks. Project Overview * High-quality healthcare / clinical fit-out * 14,000 sq ft footprint * Fast-paced programme with a £700k contract value Role & Responsibilities * Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors * Managing H&S, site inductions, RAMS, and compliance * Overseeing programme, quality control, and progress reporting * Liaising with the client, consultants, and supply chain * Ensuring works are delivered on time and to specification Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out projects * SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (essential) * Able to start 30th March Contract * Freelance / Contract role * Competitive day rate (dependent on experience)
