Construction planner Location: Beaconsfield Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 + Package Sector: Industrial / Commercial Construction A well-established main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction planner to deliver industrial and commercial construction projects across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a planner with strong experience working on industrial units, logistics schemes, warehouses or commercial developments, supporting projects from pre-construction through to delivery. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage project programmes using Asta Powerproject or Primavera • Produce tender and construction programmes • Monitor programme progress and identify potential delays • Work closely with project managers, site teams and subcontractors • Provide programme updates, reports and recovery strategies • Support the planning process throughout the full project lifecycle Requirements • Proven experience working as a Planner / Construction Planner • Experience on industrial or commercial construction projects • Background working for a main contractor or large subcontractor • Strong programme management and reporting skills • Proficiency with Asta Powerproject or Primavera Package • Salary up to £90,000 • Competitive benefits package • Opportunity to work on a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial developments If you are a Planner looking for your next role in Buckinghamshire, we would be keen to hear from you.
