Key Responsibilities: Operate construction tractors efficiently and safely across various site locations. Assist in ground preparation, land clearance, and material transportation using tractors. Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience as a Tractor Operator in a construction setting. Strong understanding of tractor operation and maintenance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to safety.
