Exceptional opportunity for an experienced contentious probate specialist to join a leading Legal 500 firm in Birmingham My client is a highly-regarded full-service law firm with an excellent reputation in the private client field, providing advice to HNW individuals on tax planning and estate administration as well as contentious matters in this sector. A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced contentious probate lawyer to join its team in Birmingham advising on a range of wills & probate-related disputes including: - Challenging the validity of wills, including lack of testamentary capacity - Removal of personal representatives and independent administrators - Advising beneficiaries in professional negligence and rectification claims - Acting for parties in Inheritance Act claims - Associated disputes, including property-related matters arising from a will dispute You will be an experienced probate litigation specialist who is used to working with HNW clients and can advise on a broad range of matters of the nature indicated above. You will likely have accrued circa 6+yrs PQE and will be either looking for a contentious probate senior associate or legal director role with a thriving firm which not only offers quality work but also a route to partnership for those seeking future progression.
