Contract Manager - Birmingham

We're hiring: Contract Manager 📍 Birmingham City Centre 💷 £50,000 - £55,000 + £5,100 car allowance + up to 20% annual bonus 🕓 Full-time, Flexible Working Arrangements (On-site presence required) We're supporting a leading facilities management company in recruiting a Contract Manager to oversee multiple high-profile contracts in Birmingham City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage a portfolio of contracts, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance. 🔧 What you'll be doing: ✔️ Overseeing the financial performance of multiple facilities contracts, ensuring revenue, profit delivery, and cost reduction ✔️ Managing a team of engineers and support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with all policies ✔️ Conducting regular contract reviews and identifying areas for operational improvements ✔️ Liaising with clients to build strong relationships and manage expectations ✔️ Reporting on contract performance to senior management, preparing weekly operational and financial reports ✔️ Leading staff development, training initiatives, and ensuring the team is working efficiently and cost-effectively ✔️ Optimising staffing structures for operational efficiency and cost control 👷 What we're looking for: * Proven experience in contract or facilities management, with a focus on financial oversight and commercial performance * Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Understanding of Health & Safety regulations (NEBOSH/ IOSH qualifications desirable) * Experience in the Building Services sector is advantageous 💼 What's on offer: 💷 Competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + £5,100 car allowance + up to 20% annual bonus 📍 Location: Birmingham City Centre, with flexible working arrangements 📈 Career growth: Ongoing development and training opportunities 🏙️ Excellent work-life balance: Flexible working with on-site presence required If you're a commercially focused contract manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is looking for an opportunity to make an impact across high-value contracts, we'd love to hear from you.
