Contract Manager - Construction (Yorkshire) We're working with a well-established, privately-owned main contractor with a strong presence across Yorkshire, delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a range of schemes including: Steel frame industrial units ("sheds") Education refurbishments and new build projects Public sector schemes including police and secure buildings 🔹 The Role As Contract Manager, you will take full responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to a high standard. You'll be managing Site Managers and project teams across several live sites, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth operational delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously Managing and supporting Site Managers and site teams Programme management and reporting Client and stakeholder liaison Ensuring H&S, quality and commercial performance are maintained Driving projects through to successful completion 🔹 About You Proven experience as a Contract Manager (or Senior Site / Project Manager stepping up) Background working for a main contractor Experience across industrial, education or public sector projects Strong leadership and communication skills Able to manage multiple sites and teams effectively 🔹 What's on Offer Long-term, stable opportunity with a growing regional contractor Strong pipeline of secured work across Yorkshire Supportive, down-to-earth team environment Competitive salary and package RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
