Contract Supervisor - Smoke Ventilation Systems London, Essex & Kent £40,000 - £45,000 DOE | Full-time | Permanent Are you an experienced Contract Supervisor with a background in M&E installations, smoke ventilation, or building services? Do you enjoy overseeing site operations, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently? TeamJobs is recruiting for a well established engineering company specialising in smoke ventilation and life safety systems. Due to continued growth across the South East, they are looking for a Contract Supervisor to support the delivery of installation projects across London, Essex and Kent. The Role As Contract Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of installation projects, ensuring work on site runs smoothly and meets quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising installation teams across multiple sites in London, Essex and Kent * Supporting project planning and coordinating labour and site resources * Liaising with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery * Monitoring site progress and reporting updates to the operations team * Ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained across all sites * Supporting site audits and compliance checks * Assisting with commissioning, snagging and final project handovers * Managing materials, equipment and site logistics where required This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive and confident managing site teams in a fast paced environment. About You We are looking for someone with: * Experience supervising site installations within M&E, HVAC, building services or life safety systems * Strong organisational and communication skills * Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors and site activities * Good understanding of Health and Safety regulations * SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable) * Electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition, 2365 or 2391 (desirable) * A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites If you're a motivated Contract Supervisor we'd like to hear from you!
