CNX Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading FM Contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for a permanent position based in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality residential developments across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing projects from pre-development through to completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple residential construction projects across Glasgow and surrounding areas * Lead and contribute during pre-development and planning stages * Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring effective sequencing of works * Oversee project delivery, monitoring progress, quality, and costs * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships * Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants * Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements * Identify and mitigate risks across all project stages Candidate Requirements * Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within FM or residential construction (ideally Social Housing). * Strong background in pre-development and planning processes * Demonstrable experience in programming works and project scheduling * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills * Strong leadership and organisational abilities * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent preferred) What’s on Offer * Competitive salary package up to £45k plus benefits. * Permanent, long-term opportunity with a growing contractor * Exposure to a strong pipeline of residential developments * Supportive and collaborative working environment How to Apply To apply for this opportunity, please submit your CV to CNX Recruitment.
