Contracts Manager - Brickwork & Masonry (Residential Projects) 📍 South East / Home Counties 💰 Competitive Salary + Package A well-established and growing brickwork subcontractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential developments across the South East. The company delivers large-scale brickwork and masonry packages for some of the UK's leading housebuilders and main contractors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking a Contracts Manager with a solid background in managing brickwork packages on residential developments. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple brickwork and masonry projects across several residential developments Oversee site teams, supervisors, and subcontract labour to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme Maintain strong relationships with main contractors, site managers, and commercial teams Monitor programme progress, site productivity, and quality standards Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and company procedures Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management Assist with resourcing labour and coordinating materials across sites Support the commercial team with variations, progress, and valuations where required Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager within brickwork or masonry subcontracting Strong knowledge of residential construction and volume housebuilding Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong understanding of health & safety and construction programmes What's on Offer Competitive salary and package Long-term pipeline of residential projects Opportunity to join a growing and reputable subcontractor Supportive and experienced management team For more information or a confidential discussion, please apply or get in touch directly
