Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager Location: London Start: ASAP We are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager with a strong background in building refurbishments and fast-track fit out projects to oversee the delivery of multiple projects. This role requires someone with proven experience managing Cat A and Cat B fit out works, with a clear understanding of the full project life cycle and the ability to coordinate teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of refurbishment and fit out projects from planning through to completion Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple projects Ensure programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met Maintain high levels of health & safety and compliance across all sites Work closely with clients, project managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may impact programme or qualityRequirements: Strong background in building refurbishments, including planning, coordination, and delivery Proven experience managing fast-track fit out projects Hands-on involvement in Cat A and Cat B fit out works Clear understanding of the full project life cycle Career history demonstrating a building-focused background rather than M&E or maintenance led Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a company delivering high-quality refurbishment and fit out projects in a fast-paced environment
