This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering property maintenance, refurbishment and retrofit services across the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities
* Manage social housing maintenance and refurbishment contracts from inception to completion
* Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs and budgets
* Support procurement activities, including tender evaluation and contract awards
* Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality and progress
* Manage contract variations, claims and commercial issues
* Build strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
* Produce regular progress, financial and performance reports
Essential criteria:
* Previous experience managing maintenance, refurbishment or property services contracts
* Strong knowledge of social housing, construction or property maintenance
* Experience managing budgets, programmes and contractor performance
* Good understanding of health & safety legislation and CDM Regulations
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
