Contracts Manager

Contract Manager, Glasgow and surrounding areas, £50,000 to £60,000 DOE + Bonus, Permanent Benefits: * Competitive salary depending on experience * Company vehicle or vehicle allowance * Additional company benefits package * Opportunities for career development within a growing specialist contractor * Supportive and professional working environment Responsibilities: * Manage and deliver multiple Light Gauge Steel / SFS installation projects from pre-start through to completion * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery * Ensure all works are completed in line with project programmes, drawings, and technical specifications * Maintain and promote high standards of health and safety across all project sites * Act as a key point of contact for main contractors, clients, and other project stakeholders * Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management * Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimise delays and maintain programme timelines * Carry out regular site visits, inspections, and quality assurance checks Requirements: * Demonstrated experience in construction or contracts management * Strong background working with health and safety and quality. * Knowledge or experience of Light Gauge Steel / SFS systems is advantageous * Proven ability to manage multiple live construction projects simultaneously * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documentation * SMSTS certification * Full UK driving licence
