Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee contracts across a portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use construction projects
* Review, negotiate, and administer client, subcontractor, and supplier contracts
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, budgets, and programme requirements
* Programming via MS Project
* Work closely with project and commercial teams to mitigate contractual and commercial risks
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and company procedures
* Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycles
* Support operational teams with contractual advice and guidance
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within the construction industry
* Experience delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, education, or mixed-use sectors
* Strong understanding of JCT/NEC contracts and contract administration
* Excellent commercial awareness and risk management skills
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Relevant construction-related qualifications preferred
