Residential Property Paralegal — Central London Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 Contract: Permanent, full-time Location: Central London (fully office-based) Whitechapel A well-established and highly regarded Central London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid conveyancing experience who is ready to take ownership of their work within a supportive environment. The Role You will assist fee-earners and manage elements of your own caseload under supervision. Typical duties will include: * Opening files and conducting client onboarding * Handling SDLT returns and Land Registry applications * Preparing contract packs, searches, reports and completion documents * Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors * Progressing straightforward matters independently * Maintaining excellent file management and compliance About You We’re looking for an organised, confident individual who thrives in a busy property team.
