This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy conveyancing team within a supportive environment where fee earners are able to focus on managing transactions and client relationships, with dedicated support teams handling file opening and post-completion work.

The Role
Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* New build matters
About You
The firm is open to speaking with:
* Qualified Solicitors
* Licensed Conveyancers
* ILEX / CILEX professionals
* Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegals
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience, with the ability to manage files with a degree of autonomy.
What’s on Offer
* Salary between £35,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and qualification level
* Fully office-based role (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
