Coordinator
Location: Torbay Area Salary: Negotiable Contract: Permanent We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to take responsibility for coordinating the operation and maintenance of facilities and fleet across a local business based in the Torbay area. You’ll coordinate maintenance activities, support compliance with legal and health & safety requirements, and work closely with operational teams to deliver cost‑effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Ensure health & safety and legal compliance across facilities, plant yard, and commercial fleet are met Coordinate scheduled inspections, statutory checks, repairs and maintenance within the business Liaise with contractors and manage service and utility contracts Support operational teams and project groups by providing facilities coordination Produce and manage budget reports & support the project teams Organising company fleet compliance, ensuring vehicles are safe, insured and maintained Administration support, keeping documents up to date and About You: Ideally similar operational, facilities experience Worked within a coordinating/Administration role previously Ability to manage contractors, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues quickly. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills GCSE English and Maths or equivalent. Full, valid UK driving licence.
