My client is a PE backed, acquisitive start up with very aggressive growth plans and they are now looking to recruit a Corporate Finance / M&A Analyst to join their founding team as employee #6. This is a highly varied role where you will work closely with the founders across all stages of their acquisition process — from due diligence and deal negotiation to integration planning and execution. You will also play a key role in building and structuring the company’s core corporate functions as they scale.

What you will do

* Work directly with the founders to execute acquisitions end-to-end - Support due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring; coordinate legal, financial and operational workstreams

* Develop and implement post-acquisition business / integration plans

* Build and scale internal corporate functions (e.g., finance, HR, legal, operations)

* Create processes and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making

* Act as a strategic thought partner to the founders across key business priorities

* Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders

* Prepare material for Board of Directors / investor meetings

Ideal candidate profile

* Demonstrable experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, audit, corporate startegy

* Experience working on M&A transactions is a plus

* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

* A builder’s mindset — able to create systems, processes, and structure from scratch

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities

* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams

* Low ego, team player, and excited to be part of a mission-driven startup from the ground up
