The Role

You'll be involved in:

Supporting on national and cross-border M&A transactions

Preparing and reviewing due diligence reports

Drafting corporate documents and resolutions

Coordinating completions and post-completion work

Liaising with clients and internal teams

You'll gain exposure to high-quality work typically seen in larger city firms, without the London environment.
