Paralegal - Corporate We are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm who are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Corporate team based in Bristol. The firm is looking for a confident and organised Paralegal to provide essential support to fee earners across a varied caseload of corporate matters. The Firm The Paralegal will join a respected regional practice known for delivering high quality legal services to SMEs, owner-managed businesses and larger corporate clients. The firm offers a collaborative working culture, strong supervision and a structured team environment with clear career development pathways. The Role The Corporate team manage a broad caseload including mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and general corporate governance matters. You will play a key role in ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion. The role will include: Manage administrative workload under the guidance of fee earners Assist with file opening, compliance checks and case management Draft standard corporate documents and correspondence Assist with due diligence and document review Prepare board minutes, resolutions and Companies House filings Support on transactional work including M&A deals Liaise with clients, accountants and third parties via telephone and email Conduct legal research where required Maintain accurate file records and manage deadlines Assist with completions and post-completion mattersThe Paralegal You will be a proactive and reliable individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy corporate environment.
