Receptionist | 40 Hours Per Week | £13.50ph Liverpool Street | Corporate Office | Temporary position Global real estate company based in Liverpool Street requires a highly efficient Receptionist. This is a full-time temporary position, working within a professional, fast paced head office environment. The Role: You will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience. Confidence and the ability to manage varying workloads is essential. Key Responsibilities: Meeting and greeting visitors Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls appropriately Taking accurate messages and following up where needed Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating special requests Arranging refreshments for meetings and events Keeping meeting rooms clean, tidy and presentable Handling incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries Booking taxis via company accounts Ensuring reception and communal areas remain professional and well-presented Supporting with ad-hoc admin tasks during quieter periods What They’re Looking For: Previous corporate reception or front-of-house experience Switchboard experience Strong administrative skills Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Professional telephone manner Well-presented with excellent communication skills Calm under pressure and able to manage changing demands Strong customer service mindset This role is to start immediately – apply now!
