Cost Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SUCCESSFUL COST MANAGER:
Providing Cost Management services to clients; including cost planning, procurement advice, cost reporting and value engineering.
Ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and time
Developing and maintaining cost plans and cash flow forecasts
Conduction cost and value analysis including cost risk analysis and providing recommendations to the client.
Supporting the project team in the preparation of tender and contract documents.REQUIREMENTS OF THE SUCCESSFUL COST MANAGER:
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
Experience working on infrastructure or transportation construction projects in the UK
NEC contract experience
MRICS or actively working towards MRICS status
Strong financial management and analytical skills
