Counter Balance / Bendi FLT Driver

Our client, a well-established and reputable transport and distribution company, is currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their busy depot in Sleaford. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, with the role becoming permanent after 12 successful weeks. Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work when required. Key Responsibilities: * Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading goods within the depot * Moving stock and materials across the warehouse and yard * Supporting general warehouse operations as required * Adhering to all health and safety procedures Requirements: * Proven experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift * A valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence * Strong awareness of health and safety in a warehouse environment * Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team This role offers the chance to join a stable and growing business, with the opportunity to secure a long-term permanent position
