The Role
* Lead the counter with confidence, warmth, and refined product knowledge
* Deliver an immersive, sensory client experience
* Build strong client relationships and drive CRM activity
* Achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth
* Coach and inspire a small team to deliver exceptional standards
* Maintain impeccable visual presentation and operational excellence
About You
* Experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, or premium retail
* Strong leadership skills with a polished, service-driven approach
* Commercially focused with a track record of achieving targets
* Passionate about fragrance, storytelling, and client experience
Salary:
£32 k Basic + BP
