Forklift Truck Driver (Counterbalance B1) 📍 Near Pocklington / York 💷 £11.94 – £17.09 per hour 🕒 Monday – Friday | Day Shifts | Weekly Pay Edwards Employment Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver (B1) to join a busy and well-established turf distribution site near Pocklington. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable FLT Driver looking for ongoing work with the potential to go temp-to-perm within a fast-moving warehouse and yard environment. You’ll be joining a large team of Forklift Drivers working within the goods-out department, helping to move pallets of turf and bagged products safely around the site ready for dispatch. 📦 The Role – Forklift Truck Driver As a Forklift Truck Driver, your duties will include: 🚜 Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (B1) 📦 Moving pallets of turf and bagged products across the yard 📥 Loading and unloading deliveries 📍 Transporting completed orders to dispatch areas 🔒 Ensuring all loads are secure before transit 🤝 Supporting yard operatives with load preparation ⚠️ Driving safely and responsibly around site Experience working with bagged products or double stacking would be advantageous but is not essential. ✅ What We’re Looking For ✔ Valid externally accredited Counterbalance FLT licence (B1) ✔ Previous Forklift Truck driving experience ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced yard environment ✔ Strong awareness of site safety and load security ⭐ What’s On Offer 💰 £11.94 – £17.09 per hour 📅 Monday to Friday working 🌞 Day shifts only 💷 Weekly pay 📈 Temp-to-perm opportunity 📩 Apply Today Apply online with a current CV 📍 Location: York / Pocklington area 🚗 Applicants must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work Job Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm
