Warehouse Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver Location: FLIXBOROUGH Hours: 37.5 Hours FULL time  TEMP-PERM  Interaction Recruitment  Shifts: 8am-4pm 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm three week rotational shifts  Salary: £12.37/hr Days and £13.30 Lates  About the Role We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join our busy warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, and confident operating a counterbalance truck in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck for loading, unloading, and moving goods Carry out picking, packing, and general warehouse duties as needed Complete stock movements and inventory checks accurately Ensure all goods are handled with care and stored correctly Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment Follow all site health & safety procedures Work closely with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets Requirements Valid counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent) Previous warehouse and forklift driving experience Ability to work safely and efficiently Good communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and capable of manual handling Able to work shifts/overtime if required Clean UK Driving Licence  What We Offer Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment On‑the‑job training and development Click Apply Now or send your CV to We look forward to hearing from you
