Counterbalance Forklift Driver (Nights) – Temp to Perm

Location: Chesterfield, S42
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Hours: 7:00pm – 7:00am
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation based in Chesterfield (S42). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.

The Role

Working within a warehouse handling ambient, chilled, and frozen products, your duties will include:

* Loading and unloading lorries using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck

* Moving stock throughout the warehouse

* Stock replenishment and put-away duties

* Using pallet pump trucks and other warehouse equipment

* Assisting with general warehouse and manual handling tasks

* Working across ambient, cold store, and freezer environments

* Maintaining health and safety standards at all times

Requirements

* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)

* Previous Counterbalance FLT experience

* Comfortable working in cold, chilled, and freezer environments

* Willingness to undertake manual warehouse duties alongside FLT work

* Reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach to work
