As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour effectively Support students with their learning while following the school's policies Adapt quickly to different subject areas and year groups Play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning in a dynamic school environment Possible TA roles within the schools as well What are we looking for?
