About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee lessons in the absence of teachers, ensuring students remain on task and follow the planned curriculum. Responsibilities: • Supervise classes and ensure students remain engaged in lesson activities. • Maintain a calm and focused classroom environment. • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials. • Report student progress and behaviour to teaching staff. • Support students who may need additional guidance. Qualifications: • Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting. • Strong communication and classroom management skills. • Confidence supervising groups of students. • Flexible and adaptable approach.
