As a Cover Supervisor, you will: • Supervise students during lessons when their regular teacher is absent, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain engagement using effective behaviour management strategies. • Support students in completing work set by the teacher and ensure learning continues smoothly. • Provide additional support to individuals or small groups where needed. • Report any concerns or updates regarding student behaviour or progress to school staff.
