Cover Supervisor

Secondary schools across Richmond upon Thames are partnering with Tradewind Recruitment to recruit enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisors for the Summer Term. This role involves supervising classes across a variety of subjects, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and ensuring a focused learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-set lesson plans effectively
* Supporting students in their learning and engagement
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress

What We're Looking For:
* Confident communication and strong classroom presence
* Flexibility and reliability
* Experience working with young people
* A valid, up-to-date DBS
